Admittedly, my road to get my current trailer was a little rocky, but ultimately, I am completely satisfied. Here is a bit about my story: I purchased my trailer from them for the purpose of delivering and unloading multiple pallets of pavers and wall block at a time. The weights of these pallets are on the extreme end for sure. They were able to get a trailer to me right away after ordering it. The first trailer I received experienced several problems and was not working as I had hoped for its intended use. When I reached out to the folks at Haulit, they were very receptive and wanted to make things right immediately. Being a first time customer, I was a little shocked at their willingness to help. It seems so many manufacturers nowadays don't have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
